Privacy policy
Short version: we hold your footage to do the work you hired us for, we do not sell anything to anyone, and you can have it all deleted whenever you ask.

What we collect
When you contact us we collect the name, email address, company or channel name, and message you submit. If you used the plan builder, the configuration you chose is attached to that message. That is the entire set of personal data we collect through this website.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build visitor profiles, and we do not use third-party analytics that identify individuals.
Client footage and project files
Footage you share with us is used for one purpose: producing the deliverables in your agreement. We never use client footage in our own portfolio, marketing, or showreels without written permission for that specific clip.
Working files are retained for twelve months so revisions and re-cuts stay cheap, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion or a full project archive at any time and we will action it within five working days.
Who else sees your data
Editors assigned to your account, all of whom are under confidentiality agreements, and the infrastructure providers we use to host this site and store files. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data for anyone else’s marketing.
If you submit an enquiry through an embedded form, that form provider processes the submission on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Email sorin.contact.md@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days, usually far sooner.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie we set is a session cookie on the private admin area, which exists solely to keep an authenticated administrator logged in.
